About Me

I am a researcher currently working at Politecnico di Torino (Italy) in the Department of Management and Production Engineering. I consider myself a citizen of the world. When I was 19, I decided to leave my hometown, Potenza (South Italy), to study in Torino. Since then I had many work and life experiences in Italy, Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France. I got to know special people along the way and I am simply amazed by the beauty of exploring different cultures. I feel passionate about Operations Research and Combinatorial Optimization. I got my PhD in Computer and Control Engineering by working on Knapsack Problems, my favourite problems. This gave me the opportunity to start a beautiful journey in theory of computation that I would like to continue in many different directions. The other best part of my work is teaching. I really like staying with students and sharing with them my passion for Operations Research.

So welcome on my website, I hope you will enjoy it!

Best
